Good things to know.
Do I need experience to join the talent pool?
Not at all. We welcome all experience levels — from first-timers to working actors. Just create your free profile and we'll match you to appropriate roles.
Is the talent pool really free?
Yes, completely. Creating your profile and receiving casting call notifications costs nothing. There are no membership fees or hidden charges.
How do casting calls work?
When a local production reaches out to GJCasting, we match roles to talent in our pool and contact you directly. You'll get the details and can decide whether to pursue it.
Why do class students get priority?
Producers trust talent we know. When you train with us, we can vouch for your work ethic and skills — that makes you a much easier recommendation when a role comes up.
What kinds of productions do you cast for?
Indie films, student films, commercials, corporate videos, events, and more — all on the Western Slope. We focus entirely on local productions so you're never traveling far.
Do I need experience for the Friday night class?
Nope. The Friday Night Acting Group is open to complete beginners. Show up, do the work, and you'll leave better than you arrived. That's the whole point.
