About Your Instructor

Todd E. Braley is a filmmaker originally from Bay City, Michigan, who spent 30 years in Southern California and now resides in Grand Junction, Colorado. A lifelong storyteller, Todd began making movies at the age of eight and grew up surrounded by the industry—his mother worked for the McDonald’s Production Studio (1980–1987), where he eagerly learned from seasoned professionals.

Todd spent five years working in Hollywood (1994–1999) in post-production facilities, gaining hands-on experience in the film and television industry before moving to Colorado, where he joined KJCT producing commercials for local businesses. Since 2006, Todd has run his own production company, creating films and media content distributed on YouTube Movies & TV, Tubi, Amazon Prime, The Roku Channel, and more.

His body of work includes 7 feature films, a 10-episode zombie TV series (winner of Best Web Series at Magic City Comic Con), 16 short films, 14 music videos (including one for the 80s rock band Great White), and over 900 local TV commercials. He also created the hit YouTube web series Proffitt’s Resurrection Land Cruiser TV, which now has over 90 episodes.

Todd’s work has earned Best Director and Best Actor awards at film festivals, as well as multiple Official Selections. He is currently in post-production on the paranormal thriller “Shadows of the Night” (due Fall 2025) and actively casting for his next feature film, “Felina,” an action movie.
