About The Class

Before the camera, before the lines, before the audition… there’s you. In this class, Connie Monroe focuses on the actor’s most important tool: their instrument. Through guided exercises in breath, body, voice, and emotional connection, Connie helps actors become more grounded, present, and responsive in their work. With a supportive and insightful approach, she creates space for actors to explore authenticity, break through tension, and build a deeper connection to their performances. This is the kind of work that elevates everything else you do on stage or on screen.
